TALC Foundation Board

Kitty Lynne

Hi, I’m Kitty Lynne, founder of The Authentic Life Collective Foundation.

I didn’t create this foundation because I had all the answers. I created it because I know what it feels like to need a place where you can simply be human — where your story is safe, your struggles don’t have to be hidden, and you don’t have to pretend to have everything figured out.

My own life has taught me the power of connection, music, storytelling, grief, healing, and beginning again. Those experiences became the heart behind The Authentic Life Collective Foundation.

I believe our stories matter. I believe the things we survive can become bridges that help someone else feel less alone. And I believe healing doesn’t always happen in traditional ways — sometimes it happens through a conversation, a song, a journal, a retreat, a shared experience, or simply finding people who remind you that you belong.

Through our programs, retreats, podcast, community outreach, and initiatives, my hope is to create more of those spaces — places where people can connect, heal, rediscover themselves, and feel seen exactly where they are.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have chosen to stand beside me and help turn this vision into something bigger than any one of us.

This foundation is deeply personal to me, but it was never meant to be about me.

It’s about all of us.

Real people. Real stories. Real connection.

And most importantly, the reminder that your story matters.

I don't believe people are broken; rather, they have simply forgotten who they are. Through the efforts of the Authentic Life Collective Foundation and the guidance of TALC Foundation Board Members, my work is to gently help individuals remember their true selves. I do this through compassionate listening, meaningful conversation, and practical spiritual wisdom that reconnects them with peace, purpose, and the deeper truth within themselves.

I love to plan, organize, and decorate. I really enjoy setting themed tables and decor for gatherings and community events.

Through my involvement with the Authentic Life Collective Foundation and as part of the Board of Directors, I've learned that sometimes we might think we have healed or moved on. It's essential to stay open and accept that we may need to deal with and heal from our experiences further, as emphasized by the insights shared among the TALC Foundation Board Members.

Rebel Hardison

A passionate advocate for mental health, personal growth, and fostering authentic connections within the community, Rebel brings both professional training and lived experience to her work. As a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for the Authentic Life Collective Foundation, she is focused on breaking down the barriers surrounding mental health, grief, trauma, and personal transformation. Rebel believes that healing begins only when individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. She strives to create safe spaces where people can tap into their own strength and resilience.

In addition to her role with the TALC Foundation Board Members, Rebel is the founder of Rebelation Paranormal, where she merges education, critical thinking, and a respectful exploration of the unexplained. Through this platform, she encourages curiosity, evidence-based investigation, and personal reflection. As a Reiki Master, educator, and speaker, she enjoys teaching classes that inspire self-awareness, empowerment, and meaningful personal growth.

Rebel's mission is simple: to remind everyone that they are never alone, that healing is possible, and that living an authentic life can create a ripple effect capable of transforming families, communities, and generations.

I am honored to serve as a compassionate and caring board member of The Authentic Life Collective Foundation, where I believe deeply in the power of self-discovery, healing, and authentic living.

I believe that the power to know ourselves often lies within our dreams. Through the language of symbolism, psychology, and spiritual awareness, I help bring attention to the deeper aspects of ourselves that may remain unseen or unrecognized in our waking lives. Dreams can offer meaningful reflections of our inner world, revealing patterns, emotions, and aspects of the self that are ready to be understood.

My passion is helping others explore this inner landscape with compassion and curiosity. Through dream symbolism and shadow work, I seek to illuminate what the self may be freely offering for awareness—not as something to fear, but as an invitation to understand, integrate, and grow.

I believe that when we are willing to listen to these deeper messages, we create space for greater self-awareness, healing, and wholeness. It is my privilege to bring these insights to the forefront when they are needed and to help create an understanding that can nurture and heal the soul.

As part of The Authentic Life Collective Foundation, I hope to support others in discovering the wisdom that already lives within them and encourage each person to embrace the journey toward a more authentic and awakened life.
